Applications are invited for the above post based at the University of Nottingham’s King’s Meadow Campus. The Widening Participation Team works to raise awareness of, and interest in, higher education among groups under-represented in higher education.
The successful candidate will work closely in support of the academic enrichment, widening participation outreach programme and will assist widening participation staff in the delivery of activities and events, including the summer schools, Pathways and Ambition Nottingham programmes.
Candidates must be educated to A-level standard or equivalent, or have proven work experience in a relevant area. They must also have excellent IT skills as well as verbal and written communication skills. Highly developed organisational, financial and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads are also essential.
The successful candidate will be expected to undertake some out-of-hours work, especially in July.
This is full-time, permanent position.
