On screen opportunities for UK based archaeologists

A major UK broadcaster is in development with an archaeology programme and is looking for an active field archaeologist living and working in Britain. The project requires availability off and on for the next 18 months. Commercial archaeology would also be of interest.

If this is of interest, please upload an up-to-date CV, two recent pictures and a video file clip to Past Preservers following the instructions here: http://pastpreservers.com/our-people/ and then send a short email with your application to casting@pastpreservers.com.

On screen opportunities for archaeologists/anthropologists

An Emmy award-winning U.S. based TV production company is looking for a highly engaging anthropologist/archaeologist for a new series (10 episodes) on a major network. Graduate students will also be considered. Ideally they are looking for someone whose area of study and/or personal interest includes primitive tools and primitive construction methods. They would love to find someone who has some experience making primitive tools and creating shelters using primitive construction methods. An experimental/experiential archaeologist would be a great match for this project. This is an on-camera expert role, likely to be shot in studio or one outdoor location.

To apply for this role email casting@pastpreservers.com.
