The National Coordinating Centre for Public Engagement (NCCPE) recently started a consultation on their role in providing training and CPD, and supporting or facilitating networks for public engagement. As part of this process they are holding a small number of focus groups aimed at getting a nuanced and in-depth understanding of the needs and experiences of the sector. They would like to invite you take part in these focus groups, to share your views and give you an opportunity to shape the future work of the NCCPE.
The focus groups will last approximately one and a half hours, and are being held in:
- Edinburgh (Edinburgh Business School) on Monday 23rd October 13.00-15.00
- Bristol (Arnolfini) on Thursday 26th October 14.00-16.00
- London (SOAS) on Tuesday 17th October 11.00-13.00
- Liverpool (Liverpool John Moores University) on Tuesday 10th October 10.30-12.30
The NCCPE will provide refreshments and cover all reasonable travel expenses. Spaces are limited, so If you’d like to get involved please register here, selecting your preferred focus group. One of the NCCPE team will then be in touch to confirm your place and the room.
