Science Made Simple video competition

Science made simple turns 15 years old in July this year and we’re holding a film competition to encourage students and adults to make some science simple in 60 seconds or less. In case you haven’t come across it, I wanted to just flag it up as there is an adult ‘open’ category and we’d love to see some entries from the professional scicomm community. There’s a £250 prize for the adult category and we want to showcase the shortlisted entries at our party on 5th July at the Senedd in Cardiff.

So, if you fancy yourself as a bit of a film maker, or just have something interesting you can explain in less than 60 seconds to camera, then please pop over and have a look at the details here.

There is a primary and secondary schools category too with prizes for schools so if you want to share with any teacher networks you have that would also be great.
