We are looking for a Research and Impact Communications Manager to demonstrate vision, leadership and determination in order to succeed in this role. We want an individual who has an excellent rounded understanding and experience of communications and/or marketing and who has a flair for understanding complex matters and turning that into effective and imaginative communications. An exciting challenge for the role holder will be to work with Research & Impact Services and the Marketing and Communications team to understand and sketch out a long term vision for research communications at the University that is best in sector.
To take on this role, you will be comfortable in building excellent relationships with colleagues across the professional services and academic departments. And you would be taking on a wide variety of fast-moving request and projects, so excellent organisational skills and ability to deliver are as essential, as is being a strategic thinker and planner.
